To the planning team...thank you guys so so much for being our delegates and being so absolutely well prepared! After the wedding, we kept saying to each other how there was no way we could have handled all the logistics from the vendor management, to the rehearsal, to the craziness on the day of. From the set up, to the last minute changes to the schedule, to being on deck to make sure everything was going smoothly... you guys are amazing! ... you guys were really such a blessing!!!

Jennifer was our wedding coordinator and she was very organized. She gave me deadlines, which helps me a lot because I usually work with deadlines too. Even though I wasn't a "bridezilla" I was pretty needy.. haha she responded almost instantly to all my questions... thank you Jenn :)

It only took one phone call for me to know Jennifer was the perfect coordinator for us. She met me where I was, she went through so many different plans with me, and she never once made me feel bad for all my questions (and I had a lot)...Even from a different state, Jenn still made me feel like we were near and initiated many meetings and calls to make sure we were always on the same page. When you hire Jenn as your wedding coordinator, you’re also gaining a friend who will laugh with you, cry.

We still remember our first call with you...we were feeling so stressed and lost. But as soon as we ended our first call, we felt this sense of peace and relief...We also remember 1 week before the wedding. Again, like little kids who did’t do their homework, we felt anxious and so behind. We sent you a GIF of a white flag saying “surrender,” and you immediately replied with a GIF of Lizzo saying “LET’S GO!!” You were always our #1supporter and gave us the energy to believe we could pull it off.

She is very experienced and was always several steps ahead of our concerns...There were initially several unexpected surprises in the close days leading up to our special day, including unprecedented artic storms (yes in LA), missing ceremony items, but Jennifer was able to handle these last-minute changes with ease. Ultimately, she helped achieve the wedding of our dreams! Having her help allowed us to actually enjoy our special day with our closest family and friends.

Planning a proposal from across the country would have been near impossible but Jennifer made it more than just possible. She made it a memory of a lifetime. Logistics, decor, communication, execution, professionalism, Jennifer had all the bases covered and still over-delivered. She’s amazing to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
